The Home Entertainment Show in New York City

Every year or two, there is a major Audio Visual show in New York City. It is sponsored by the parent company of Stereophile magazine and its sister publications. Official website: Home Entertainment Expo. The Show is a magnificant opportunity to see and hear some of the world's best stereo and home theater equipment. I use to it keep up with what is going on in the industry, to learn about the items of current interest to the equipment designers, to actually see and hear equipment I can't afford, to re-calibrate my ears, and to get exposure to the wonderfully-recorded music that is being played and sold at the Show.

I usually organize a group of friends to attend the Show, go out for dinner, and compare notes. I send out emails announcing the Show to people who might be interested, and try to coordinate schedules. If you are interested in joining us for a future Show, please let me know!
